The Islamic Cultural Preservation and Information Council (ICPIC) primary mission is to preserve our rich cultural heritage and legacy to pass on to future generations and to foster intergroup awareness, respect and multicultural understanding. The council is dedicated to improving the quality of life, community development and revitalizing of our urban neighborhoods.

ICPIC has decided to expand its current New Africa Center/Muslim American Museum & Archive with the long term goal of revitalizing and transforming the 4200 block of Lancaster Avenue’s Commercial corridor, by providing a Mixed Use, Multi-purpose facility that will serve as an anchor for future developments on Lancaster Ave.

This Multi-purpose facility will include three additional lots. It will house the Muslim American Museum & Archives and Cafe on the 1st floor, the New Africa Business, Arts & Technology Center on the 2nd floor, and residential units planned for seniors or low income residents on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.
